The Wall

What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? Well, in my case, the immovable object wins. However, if you cannot move this object then you must go around it.

In my recent negotiation it seemed like all the moves were being made by the defendant and not the plaintiff. It took a little while to figure this out, but the reason for this paradox was due to the fact that the representative for plaintiff had no authority to make any moves, but just set guidelines. Once I was able to speak and mediate between the two authorized side, we settled.

Remember: Always negotiate with the actual decision makers.
